Ce Soir Debuts in Naples with Coastal French Cuisine and Open-Flame Elegance

Naples, FL — Ce Soir, where modern French cuisine meets sun-soaked Mediterranean charm, is set to elevate Naples’ dining scene this October. Located in Bayfront Plaza, the 7,000 sq-ft space combines Paris and paradise for a unique blend of coastal chic vibes & live fire cooking. With a view of Naples Bay and a short walk away from 5th Avenue, Ce Soir is a taste of the Côte d’Azur—without leaving Naples.

This new concept marks the U.S. debut of Aidan Hospitality, a Canadian-based group known for bold, elevated dining concepts. “Naples is appreciated for its beauty, lifestyle, and sophisticated taste - Ce Soir was designed to complement that energy,” says George Gill, Partner and Marketing Director at Aidan Hospitality. “We’re inspired by the flavors of the French Riviera and Mediterranean coastlines, and we’ve brought that spirit to Florida—with a bold twist of au feu de charbon.”

Ce Soir is a refined blend of au feu de charbon or “by the coal fire” flavors, rhythm and ambiance. From a menu of elevated, locally sourced ingredients, a contemporary mélange of French Mediterranean and elegantly prepared cocktails to a culture of curated beats and live DJ sets, this new spot has a vibe.

Drenched in jewel-toned greens, sandy beiges, and driftwood grays, the space exudes coastal elegance with a modern, moody edge. Custom banquettes, sleek chairs, and stained oak booths invite stylish comfort, while mosaic details, golden lighting, flowing drapery, and lime-washed walls add warmth and texture.

At its heart, a 24-seat U-shaped Cristillo natural stone bar commands attention with lava stone facades, mirrored ceilings, and a dramatic 560-bottle wine display. A semi-private wine cellar elevates the experience further, featuring floor-to-ceiling glass-front cabinets, custom lighting, a ladder, and climate control for flawless preservation. Completing the space is a 14-ft Raw Bar featuring an abundant array of fresh fish, seafood and oysters.

Every element is designed to create a luxe, sophisticated atmosphere.

At the center of the kitchen is a charcoal wood-fired Josper grill, a legend in the world of charcoal gastronomy, infusing everything from seafood to prime meats with a smoky richness that’s both rustic and refined. Signature dishes include a Wagyu Porterhouse from Snake River Farms, Duck Confit with bean cassoulet, pancetta, pork ragout, sausage and pangrattato and a Oxtail Agnolotti, served with artichoke barigoule, confit cherry tomato and black garlic powder. A nod to local and coastal dining, the menu also features Snapper Ceviche, made with passion fruit emulsion, micro cilantro, kumquat, coconut gelee and tapioca cracker, along with Littleneck ClamsPrawnsWhole Lobster and Ice Chilled Oysters.

From the live fire also comes the libations. World Class Global Bartender of the Year Winner (2023) Jacob Martin created the menu with a focus of highlighting the best of Florida produce treated simply on the charcoal grill. Cocktails include a Grilled Avocado Passionfruit Sour made with Plantation White Rum, Passionfruit Curd and Avocado leaf Tincture and Grapefruit Brulee, which is a mixture of Milk punch, Top Fever Tree soda, Altos tequila, Amores Mezcal, burnt grapefruit mix, lime juice, sugar, salt and Green Chartreuse. To round out the scorched array of sips, Ce Soir features a Toasted Coconut Espresso Martini, prepared with Coconut vanilla infused vodka, Dark Rhum, Coffee Liqueur, Espresso, Stout syrup, Egg White and garnished with a gold espresso bean.
